The integrated power module
The heart of the Clean Cycle™ system is the integrated power module. It combines a high-speed turbine expandor (26,500 rpm) with a high-efficiency alternator in one sealed unit.
Because it’s integrated, there is only one moving part with no external seals and no gearbox required.
Super-efficient magnetic bearings with self-learning centering have no metal-on-metal friction. That means no oil to contaminate the working fluid, coat the turbine and decrease the system efficiency.
