The Product

Clean Cycle™ takes waste heat from sources as low as 121°C (250°F) and turns it into 125kW gross output of utility-grade electricity.

The system is built around our high-speed, high-efficiency power module that uses magnetic bearings and no external seals or high-maintenance oil systems.

Clean Cycle™ has a Power Factor of 1, so there’s no need for expensive capacitors to condition the electricity.

The Applications

Clean Cycle™ is optimized for heat-wasting applications that are on a smaller scale than the large ORC plants in use for over 40 years. Applications include reciprocating engines, biomass boilers and turbines. More on Clean Cycle applications here
